Michelle -

Can now be too soon? I don't advocate procrastination (putting things off), but can speed cause details or opportunities to be missed? What's the worst that could happen if you gave the customer the choice of quality or speed? And what else might happen? How might that affect your business results?

I make myself available to my clients day and evening, and do my best to for our communications friendly and productive each time we speak. These are things I do to acheive customer loyalty, and of course helping them make money helps too. >

The fact that I currently handle responsibilities such as: webmaster/web developer/marketing & sales/customer service/billing and collections/etc. and I am involved in all aspects of decision making as a business owner... Sometimes I get a little frazzled... and sometimes it's hard to keep juggling all of these tasks at once. It sure is a lot of responsiblity and a huge learning curve to start your own business! On the same token, I'm thrilled that I have these responsibilities, if I didn't work for myself who else would think I was capable of all this??? :) >

Hi, faithful BBFFU'ers -

Does the need for "fixing" things now impact the quality of your business results? Does it change how you feel about working in your business? Please give examples.

And, most importantly, how might you change the way you work to better balance the need for speed with the need to produce the best result for you, your business, your customers and other stakeholders?
