Eric Sohn		Alan raised an excellent point - what would you like to see here? I'll share my vision, and see how that dovetails with your intentions here. Basically, I wanted this to be a place where people could experience a little of what coaching is like, and how it can help you succeed better, regardless of how you define success. We would discuss business issues and, through the use of coaching insights and questions (as best as can be done in this format - normally it's done over the phone or in person), we might all learn something about ourselves, our businesses and the limits and assumptions we impose on ourselves. Well, that was the theory. My question for you is: how does that meet up with what you want to accomplish here - and how might we be more effective at it? (OK, OK, how might I be more effective facilitating it?) Thanks for your input - I have now run a message board for 10 whole days, and I value your input.
