Oh, the bane of all workers - time management! This is one that is close to my heart, because I don't just have a lot of work to do because I am disorganized, I really DO have a lot of work to do. With 3 web sites to manage, and 2 jobs, I could literally work around the clock and still not get everything done.
So, most people's answer to that would be prioritization, and I'll buy that. But for me, the real power word is FOCUS!
Between email, tasks on the website, marketing, administration, actually WORKING, and my own personal fitness program, I have to fit a lot of stuff into a small amount of time. The only way I can do that is to remain true to whatever task I am doing at that time.
For example, right now I am on the Ryze. I will answer all of the network posts that I am going to answer, I will respond to any private messages, and I will tend to anyone who signed my guest book or added me as a friend. I will not leave the Ryze until I have done that.
However, once I leave, I am DONE for the night. My "Ryze time" is over for today, and I won't get more until tomorrow.
I take that same approach to everything that I do. Whatever it is that I am doing, that is ALL I am doing. When I focus, not only do I get things done a lot faster, but more efficiently as well.
