Eric Sohn		Business has its ups and downs. What past experiences keep you going - and why? I'll give you my example for starters: A couple of days ago, a client called in a panic. I spent 10 minutes trying to find the lever that would get her past her fear and into action - and I did find it. It was one of my favorites: Don't you have to do this? Long story short: it worked. The client got her work done, where she had been previously blocked. When I asked what did it for her, she said it was me. I can live off that for a month, if not more.
