WOW Ken, if I were to read this first, I would be impressed. But unfortuantely, I have read your others and sorry, but I find a lot of disconnnect. I read nothing into Steve'spost that you did and your anger makes me really wonder. I thought the pointof his whole post was to point out things tthat cause business owners trouble (i.e. ulcers) and how to avoid them.

The guy was an idiot. You don't light up without asking. What if he has asthma like I do. A cloudof moke would put me in the hospital. He deserved to get his boss called. As for the girl, I might have donethe same thing. My business is my reputation.

This all sounds very personal with you Ken. Maybe read his post again without so much hatred.
