Showing people the error of their ways without offending them. |

I guess I came in to this group at an interesting time. Quite a lot of heat; I'm sure there is light somewhere. Something to delight at. Being that I am not a Christian, nor for that matter dependent on any organized religion to show me the way, though surely I adapt the parts of them that appeal to me--("Do not cast your pearls before swine lest they tread on them and turn on you.." John 7 something- I think it was about marketing one self effectively, and probably particularly time management..Now that's an interesting thought!)
Is it a tenet of Bhuddism not to allow onself to be offended, to be upset, because it is bad for ones personal balance? In any case, It's probably true from a personal management perspective.
I think it's interesting to see the perspective of the man who was actually involved. I think it's interesting to get other peoples perspectives on what they think would be appropriate action, and conjecture what I might do in that situation. That's what I like these forums for; to get a different perspective. I don't see any point in taking offense or creating it here. Private Reply to steve chichester (new win) |
