- Hilary Baumann - Fascination Design		Goal - more billable hours. There's so much nonbillable work to running a business. What's holding me back? Number of hours in the day - lol. I'm working on streamlining things more and more so that they take less time. This week my favourite waste of time has been .... searching for an adapter for the used portable dishwasher I purchased. I bought the dishwasher in order to save time (and sanity) but I spent over three hours yesterday going from one plumbing/hardware store to another. I finally found the right number and ordered something from Maytag which I HOPE is the right part (it sounded right based on the vague description I could get from their customer service.
