|| Actually, Hilary, no I didn't...
But we so rarely get a chance to get a pat on the back. We may have our own sense of satisfaction, but to have others read about it and say "oh, wow!" is really cool.
I told my success story at BNI this morning and got a round of applause - how good did that feel? (P.S. You'll have to PM me to find out what happened - the point wasn't to give me a forum to brag).
And, that is SOOOO cool! Now, if they'd only GIVE you a Vette with the logo on it!
Hey, maybe they could put YOUR logo on a Vette at the museum! Maybe not, but...

>Anyway as I was mentioning there - my shameless self promotion of the moment is the logo I created for the National Corvette Museum's 10th Anniversary Celebration. The event is now being promoted so the logo I created is now all over their website!!!
>And for those of you who haven't seen the building (the target audience has) - the yellow cone I included in the design is actually what a wing of the building looks like. Very easy to spot driving along the interstate.
>When I was told that my logo had been sent off to General Motors for approval, that's when it really hit me that I was creating an official Corvette related logo that thousands of people will see.
>When I get my website revamped (my goal for the end of the week - some major overhaul) I will have other things to brag about since most of my bragging is better with visuals.
>PS - No, I don't own a vette. Hilary's "Ha! I wish"-list: silver corvette stingray hard t-top convertible (with a big block engine.) Vrroom Vroom!
