Carlo Ruggeri		Some tips in how to improve your home when it's in need of repair when you sell or if you buy... Do not take contractors who solicit door-to-door, ask for cash up front, want payment for the whole project in advance, who try to talk you into spending your money on temporary repairs. When there are projects to be done to improve it, you want to be sure you are placing your house in the right hands. Plan your project, if you are expanding or upgrading your house have drawings or sketches made before you hire a contractor make sure that those plans are approved by your local municipality and than get a contractor to quote, don't hire anyone just because has a truck and look a good labourer...
