Job Description
The role as envisaged includes
ˇHiring, training and retention of the recruitment team.
ˇImprove and develop recruitment processes and frameworks.
ˇRelying on experience and judgment to provide operational leadership including directing recruiters, and support personnel for efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services.
ˇManages full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates through to offer with an emphasis on timeliness of the process while adhering to internal process protocols.
ˇOversee negotiation and relationship management with candidates. Ensure that approved margin norms are met.
ˇDevelop and use qualitative and quantitative metrics to enable the recruitment team to inform on the status of current recruitment effort effectiveness.
ˇEnsures a high level of customer service for our US clients.
ˇEnsures that the organization complies with laws and regulations relating to sourcing and hiring.
ˇUtilize creative, professional and ethical recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates for open positions.
Candidate Profile:
ˇBasic degree in Computer Science preferably a post graduate degree in Management from a top 20 college with 12-15 years of experience driving the staff augmentation/staffing business for a US company.
ˇStrong managerial, analytical, communication, team building skills and multi-tasking capabilities
ˇProven track record of developing and implementing creative, timely, and cost effective techniques, strategies, and programs to identify, attract, and hire top-level candidates.
ˇAbility to work US hours.
