Mobile Content - Regulation |

hola folks!
With the emergence of many ingenius acts by parties involved in the mobile content industry, especially ringtones and java games, many countries regulatory bodies have issued some form of Guidelines or Code of Conduct - since these folks believe in self-regulation.
My query is, has this been effective? And if so, what country or union has, to your belief, a good system in place to address:
1. Premium Spam (esp to pre-paid sim); and 2. SMS MO Spoofing
Would love to hear from someone in South Africa, Korea or the EU on this.
Cheers! Romuald Private Reply to Romuald Navin (new win) |
