Not Me		Dear All, Welcome to the Tribe! A copy of the latest draft of the Terms of Use (TOS)as proposed by Ryze is available on the Ryze "home" page -- the uppermost link on column on the left. Ryze proposes that it will become effective within one week, but I have serious concerns regarding many of its provisions, in particular it privacy provisions, and that they can be recrafted and reviewed in such a short period. In addition to describing Ryze's rights to use your personal information, the TOS needs to more effectively describe what Ryze cannot do with your personal information. It also needs to be less unilateral in its rights against members, given that we are trying to build a business community site. Finally, it still suffers from many of the intellectually property rights on which I have previously commented upon at the general Message Board. I have sent Ryze about 40 comments and some alternative provisions to the most recent draft, as I believe it needs substantial redrafting. You can request a copy of my submitted comments by sending me an email at TechAttorney@yahoo.com. But you should independently review the draft TOS for youself.
