This was very simple.


You have just to move one match stick from one place to 
another place so as to give the result of "130".

See, how ? Move one stick from "=" sign over to "+" sign,
"=" becomes "-" sign and "+" becomes "4" and the equation 
becomes "141 - 11" which is equal to 130.
