> Hi Kristen, Welcome! From my point of view, massage may bring good temporary relief for these suffering people. If they then go back and do what they did in the same way, does it not make sense that the same problems may arise? (Pinched nerves, compressed muscles or whatever) This was my case. Best, Mark
