and it really rocks -- it's great. does mouse-clicking as well as breaks. also includes micro-breaks. quite happy with it.
DRINKING WATER
drinking lots of water and taking daily walks (1-2 hrs is good) are great things for overall health for people dealing w/ rsi.
i got a LARGE pitcher recently and i've found i drink twice as much water because the pitcher is big, the top moves easily (not a lot of effort).
i place the pitcher of water near my work area with a glass right beside it. don't even need to lift it up to fill the glass, just tip it a bit and return it to the upright position.
these 'little' things can really add up.
