Co-Founded by Noah Cirincione, a Brown Alumnus, and Lucas Hrabovsky, current Brown student. The concept for Advance Mentoring began as CEO Noah Cirincione noticed friends reaping the benefits which Mentoring offers. He then asked himself the simple question, “Why can’t I have a
Mentor too?”.
A mission to bring the concept to life began. Teaming up with COO Lucas Hrabovsky through the Brown University Entrepreneurship Program, and after nearly 10 months of innumerable phone calls, online communications, and
trips across the country between Los Angeles and Povidence, the Advance Mentoring Website went live January 31, 2004.
Advance Mentoring was created to allow Mentors and “Mentees” connect online in the most efficient and effective manner, allowing each to have the most possible information about the other before committing to a menntoring relationship. This is accomplished by a wide range of features and tools for communication such as internal Email and instant messaging systems. The Advance Mentoring Website (www.AdvanceMentoring.com) also contains features which allow registered members to upload and download video profiles which tell their own stories.
