Hi,
It's the business coach/consultant in me that felt compelled to make a suggestion for expanding your business and your mentor/mentee program (hopefully that will benefit you :)).
I love the concept of an online mentor/mentee program. I don't know your business model so what I am about to propose may or may not fit within your business growth plan.
One way you can expand the # of people that get exposed to mentors (and mentors in many areas) is to provide a teleclass program or series -- featuring different guest mentors on different topics.
Right now for me the challenge is time to mentor someone on an individual basis (and my guess is it may be for other potential mentors as well). I would be willing to volunteer my time to be a guest mentor on a teleclass series.
Just a thought.
On the flip side of it, I would love to be mentored in one particular area. That is to become a millionaire. I am a part of a MasterMind group that is studying and implementing the principles of the book: "The One Minute Millionaire." One of the commitments you make is to find millionaire mentors to ask their strategies in achieving that outcome.
So if there are any millionaires who can spare 15-20 min., I would love to hear from you :)).
