Jonny Alberone		Hey everyone. I am new here and would like some practical real world advice on how to start a real estate development firm. I was in real estate investing for about a year, and am now a loan officer (which doesnt fit me) I have many designs for everything from commercial, to condos, townhomes, small attached rambler type dwellings for retired people, large mansions, etc. What is my first step and how do I secure the land and hands needed to make these designs reality? I recently thought of a name for this company. Tell me what you think... I call it PROCYON which is an arabic name for a type of star. The reason I chose this name is because for me, when ever I think of the idea of innovation, a vast night sky pops into mind so I decided to name the company after a star. I look forward to some tips. Also I have some experience with mentorship because I have people who look up to me to make the right decisions. Thanks all.
