|| Hey Ava,
Thats exactly right. The top five members with the most referrals by April 10th will each win $20 in iTunes.
We are working on a lot of really amazing stuff that will be coming online soon. Just a few spoliers. AMPT (Advance Mentoring Personality Type), Mentor Mail, an upgraded membership with access to six new features, and so on (don't want to give away too many suprises)
Mentor Mentee confirmation is another one. Who your mentor is or who you are mentoring will be sown on the My Home page. And Mentors will even be able to set limits on the number of Mentees they are willing to accept.
We are still working on the Ask the Expert feature. We are working tonight on the feature right now to improve the process of registering to be an expert.
Some good questions for the Ask the Expert Session coming up on Wednesday could be:
What is the best pratice for working with my Mentor or Mentee?
Are there any tactics I can take in making the process better for the both of us?
Steve has a broad and vast experience in Mentoring and in Management. So questions can really range all over the place.
Right now we are shooting for one Ask the Expert Session per week, but down the line we hope to be able to host several sessions in a single day. There will be a wide array of topics also because each hosting Expert will have a different background. In the future, you will even be able to subscribe to the Ask the Expert mailing list, which will keep you posted on the latest Ask the Expert Sessions.
We re working as fast as we can to bring everyone the features they deserve. Thanks for sticking with us as we continue to bring new and exciting concepts to the service.
