Jerry Lim		Actually informal mentoring between business associates from different walks of Life involves reciprocal give and take advice on no obligations basis. A Leading by example model is perhaps using the army approach whereby an officer cadet would emulate his/her superior officer way of training, leadership and knowledge updating.
