Amy Cheng		Hi! I am new to this board, and new to Chicago! I just moved here a month ago from New York, and those New Yawkas don't know what they're missing. Its so much nicer here! =) Well, rambling aside, I'm a mortgage consultant. Anyone wants to buy a home, investment property, commercial property, etc, let me know! Any business owners need money for improvements or new projects, send me a message! I have many many lenders who want borrowers. Your bank tells you you can't afford the home you want? Our lenders understand that most people don't have perfect credit or a six-figure income. =) Anyway, anyone want to talk, just send me a message. We can meet over coffee or something.
