Hi Hrishikesh,
I am from Kudal, which would be about 20 kms from Kankavli. I have experienced the beauty of this region a few times and it has been an exhillarating experience to say the least.
I am sure it will be a great experience to stay in houses of the native people. I am sure you would totally enjoy the experience. Checked the photos on your website. Somehow it seems that I have met you before. Not sure. My wife says you look like me. So maybe....
Do let me know about your experiences in the Konkan region.
