Hi everyone. That is a great question, Heidi. Thanks for asking it, Jerrilynn. My ideal customer is:
-Someone who enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures and cuisine, and enjoying life to the fullest.
-Someone who works hard and appreciates when other people work hard for them.
-Someone who values other people's knowledge, expertise, and time, and prefers to patronize them versus going around the corner thinking he'll save $1.00.
-Someone who is ethical and treats everyone fairly, despite the circumstances.
Motivators to work with Me:
-My knowledge, expertise, and experience: I am committed to obtaining ongoing specialized certifications as well as staying on top of the latest travel trends.
-My commitment to research a trip like I am booking it for myself. I am not obligated to utilize just one or two travel suppliers. I am therefore able to screen packages and offers very carefully. Additionally, I have a large network of colleagues. We frequently share valuable updated information with each other that assists us in helping our clients make the correct choice.
-My ability to handle unforeseen problems when they come along and advocate strongly for my clients. I take care of every one of my clients completely.
-My appreciation for my client and his/her confidence in booking with me. I always let my clients know how much I appreciate them via notes, cards, gifts, etc.
