I need a little advice myself in the distance running arena. I'm training hard for next year's olympics. I will be competing in the decathlon. I need to pull my time down to about a 4:45 1500m dash.

I'm in the low 5's at the moment. Clearly, this is one of my worst events as I am very formibidable in the other events (i.e. 10.6 sec.--100m Dash).

Any suggestions would be nice.
