Enjoyed taking the quiz. I surprized myself, scoring 104 out of 125.:-)). That's very good to excellent.:-)).
Some of the scores 3 to 2 where I do need to improve:
"Working Alone": I thrive working with people.:-)). I am energized working with people. I would feel isolated if I work alone most of the time.
"Handle failure": I get disappointed when I do have set backs. Maybe something to do in a "go getter" world mindset?
"Focus on small detail": I tend to look at "big" picture and hire or get volunteers to do detail tasks.:-)).
"Working under pressure": I dislike being in a "pressure cooker". I like to take my time and keep working at it and complete it.:-)). I do not like "forced" deadlines that are not reasonable.
"Multiple tasks": I focus on getting things done, one at a time.:-)). It seems many women are good in multi-tasking.:-)). Something to do with more connections in the brain?
