Exercise the best way to reduce stress, stay healthly, and boost your energy level. My choice for fitness is playing tennis. It is a full body sport and great cardio. My fitness week is as follows:
Sunday - Jazzercise Aerobics Monday - Tennis in the morning & Jazzercise Step Aerobics in the evening Tuesday - Jazzercise Aerobics Wednesday - Jazzercise Step Aerobics Thursday - Jazzercise Aerobics Friday - Relax Day
This is the first week that I have actually exercised every day and it feels so GOOD.
