I am Hannah, and live in New Zealand where it is cold and wet at the moment.
I would not call myself an entrepreneur just yet, although I am learning very fast. I am a lot like Scott, as nothing holds my attention for very long. However, I have now joined a company where the MD is like me .... something needs to be really good to hold his attention, and he has something new and challenging to work on every day.
The first thing I learned is how to use resources to find things we need in record time. Our MD always needs something different every day: Blocks of flats, international finance, land close to the airpoirt, etc.
I am learning a lot as we deal mostly with real estate investments. I learned Investment Rule no 1: Never use your own money to fund any property deal. I have heard about doing property deals without using your own money before, but didn't think it was possible until I saw it happen.
Currently I am also working on our new website. Will let you know when it is finished.
So I guess I'll stay at this job for a while :-)
BTW - I am looking for international finance sources if you know of any, please let me know.
