Hello all.
Not to intentially be the voice of discourse but being a coach this test look to me like an all or nothing proposition. I have coached may who given their own Business IQ would of failed. It's not about where you are at it about getting empowered to get there. Now I do agree that there are alot of programs out that that are really only meant to take avantage of some. I also know that from a biblical point of view God insist that we be business people. In fact he is very clear about this in Prov 31 about the virtous women being able to consider her field, and buy it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard. She girds her loins with strength and strengthen her arms. She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goes not out by night. She makes fine linens and sells it. I'm skipping verse her but you get the idea. Even when I was a secular coach it became clear that mentoring others was part of the responsiblity to give back. It was be so easy to give a test make judgements about where you are or others. Soon we will have Hr using this. There are tons of business people who failed and failed and then because of all that failure made it big. If you are going to coach someone like that you have to figure out what the speck in their eye is that they are trying to create and may not even have enough language for yet. It doesn't mean that they don't have something valuable to contribute. It's up to us who are successful to peal back that sculpture and find out God's intentions fo this one. It's more complicated. Not an easy answer as a test. If you believe as i do that God provides the increase many times it has nothing at all to so with their talents or gifts. I have seen it that if there is a Vision and it's that person has been adequately prepared.. nothing will stop that Vision from coming into manifestation and it will look to me and you that the person in charge knows nothing about what they are doing. Dani Johnson a Coach worth millions says there is so much I just don't know how to do and he shows me. I just say becareful about boxes. I could use old secular coaching language here about paradigm shifts and the like and show you example after example of those who knew nothing, had the courage to step through and the opening was there, they were there at the right time and success happen. It is not a phenonmenon for only thoses with the right stuff all neatly in place. As a secular coach, deathly ill with a severe eating disorder I was being trained as a coach. I help develop a company that grew into an eight state franchise. The Ceo of that company will tell you that I found a way to make possible all that he didn't think was... here is the joke. He was my mentor with 20 more years coaching experience than I.
