Video is an economical yet very effective way to achieve a higer impact and an owner "Walk on" is an excellent tecnique for engaging visitors and 'nudging' them in the direction you wish them to go.  Heck I even have a "Welcome" video in my profile.

We're moving more to interactive video which gives us a bonus from presenting complementing, supplemental ideas within the video.

Video is almost a must but interactive creates more interest and brings home more bacon.
