I get up every morning at 6:00 a.m and exercise with a fitness program made by professional fitness trainer Chalene Johson called ChaLEAN Extreme. I love the program because it helps me be energetic all day long and it helps me stay fit and healthy. I used to be overweight in highschool and college, so it's great to now be fit and healthy and be able to help others do the same.
