I am a bike riding Entrepreneur. I either do sprints if I do not have enough time or long rides. Yesterday I rode 75 miles. In a sprint I will go 25 miles in 1 hour 15 minutes. Next weekend I will do a century [100 miles], which should take me about 7 hours. I will go alone as I like to set my own pace and I do not like to stop for long.
