I exercise every morning doing some kind of video on www.exercisetv.tv I love Cindy Whitmarsh video's. I like to do the Cardio Intervals and also add in some ab videos too. Some days I do 2 or 3 videos right after another getting in about 40-60 mins every day. Plus, in the evenings my husband and I like to walk about 2-4 miles together at least 3-5 times a week.
