Hi everybody, Since everybody out here is talking fitness , I will get into what I do in a week : 100 press ups * 5 days 10 head down-foot up pressups * 4 days : Dont know what you call it - reclining push up , suspended/dismissed pushup :) The hands of a baby would be broader than mine so dont laugh : I just manage 1 finger push up . Tummy Crunches : 2 sets of 20-20 crunches * 3 days And the most boring : cycle on the spot for 10 minutes * 4 days
When I have access to weights and dumbells / barbells , 3 sets of each.
Looking forward to any powerful anti-tummy stuff and any improvements / suggestions .
