Good morning and thank you for your recent welcome to RYZE. I'm a runner as well and took on the fit program over 3 years ago. 1/2 and a full marathon later, I'm on a new training program called the Core Performance Endurance by Mark Verstegan. Running stronger, harder and losing the weight necessary to compete.

Keep up the training--better bodies better minds.
