|| So, I have spent the last 7 months walking. Lost about 5-7 lbs. Then I decided to start jogging. Boy, what did I do that for? I messed up my left knee. Don't ask me what I did. Too embarassed to go to the doctor. How would I explain this injury to the doctor?
As a RN, I decided to "heal myself". So, my left knee has been wrapped with ace for 4 weeks now. The swelling has come down tremendously. I can start walking on it now. My husband and son has stopped laughing(lol), believe me, you would have too, if you were living here with me. I even break out laughing at my clummsy self at times. I take Ibuprofen once every other day, if that.
Now the weight is back on, and then some. My husband suggested yoga, he thinks, maybe I won't hurt myself doing yoga. In the past I have fallen down stairs and sidewalks. And injured my right knee.
Is there anyone else out there as clummsy as me?
