One of my MNC clients is after my life to service a position that I have very little expertise on. So here Iam...seeking your help.
The specs are as under :
1. Head Legal / Director - based out of Bangalore.
15 years + experience
National Law School or Delhi University
Would be responsible for Manufacturing, India Sales Team and Offshoring business. Employee strength - 5000+
Would head a team of 3-5
Should have corporate experience with large companies and expertise in Labour Laws, Contract Law, Transfer of Properties.
Pays well...
2. Legal Manager - equivalent to a VP in most other places.
10+ years experience
National Law School or Delhi University
WIll work with the Director Legal (mentioned above)
