Eric Muhammad | | I don't know what exact services Deborah offers nor am I knocking what she does. However, I offer Credit Restoration Services as well. And, I just wanted to know how she offers a GUARANTEE when they're just too many varitables to consider when it comes to a person's credit files. However, under the Ferderal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) there is a section of that law called Section 609. Once you become familar with this law and know how to fully interpret the law properly, you can make the three major CREDIT BUREAU'S, (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), NOT THE CREDITORS comply to that law and this is the key factors to improving your credit rating. Because they are the ones that compile info on your file. This is the main factor. Under Section 609, your not disputing whether an item is yours or not, but, if the credit bureau's had legal right to report the info in the first place with Verifiable Documentation. Most people just assume they do, but we have found this law being violated by the credit reporting agencies and have exposed it.

Scott Wolpow | | There is no way anyone can guranttee to fix your credit score. What most due is help you pay down your debt and do actions that cause your score to rise.
Credit restoration is easier to do and can impprove your scores. Much depends on your state and who you owe money to and if you can pay them off.

Eric Muhammad | | You are absolutly right Scott, there is no way to guarantee to restore someones credit scores. There are way toomany varatables to consider. However, we Warranty our service in that by our disputing system using the FCRA law under Section 609 Disclosures to Consumers. We feel that a person will see a significant increase in their credit scores. The reason is that we are not disputing items on a credit report. We are disputing the reporting law which says that the CREDIT BUREAU'S must provide verifiable proof that they had legal right to report the info to your file and if they had it (which they never do) they must disclose it. The creditor can provide it but the credit reporting agency must also provide that same documentation. We have exposed a flaw in the law by the credit reporting agencies. We dispute the negative and unverifiable items Only!
Now, you would need to workout a payment arraingement with your creditors but, always this does not clear it from your credit file(s). And, if it is a bankruptcy or foreclosure, even a judgement it will remain. However, if it can not be verified with a copyof the original documentation by the credit bureaus then it must be removed and this where we help.
