Hon. Sibu Soren went into the witness box in a court of law took oath in the name of God and stated that he took 50 lakhs from the former ruling party for voting in favor of them in Parliament. He also produced the entire amount before the court more than 5 years after he received the money. If somebody else provided those 50 lakhs the person must be a kind hearted human interested in justice.

It was alleged that Hon. Sibu Soren murdered his personal assistant who had asked for more after taking 14 lakhs out of the money paid. The former Prime Minister was given a conviction of 2 years imprisonment that our judiciary gave a disagreeable judgment that there was no direct evidence.

We had the pleasure of promoting Hon. Sibu Soren as our cabinet minister for mines in the central government. The Jarkhand police again interfered with our fairness by getting a conviction for the murder of his own private secretary. Poor Mr. Sibu Soren was forced resign due to some basic error in our Indian Constitution that we rectified by making Hon. Sibu Soren as a chief minister to vindicate our claim. Now that a mere loss in bye-election has forced him to resign, this again seems to me an Indian Constitutional error.

He has corrected this by choosing a proxy Chief Minister. Anyway this has a precedent. A lawyer fiend of mine married a widow as he never accepted any rule without a precedent. In Tamilnadu AIDMK chief appointed a proxy when there was a sentence pending.
