Diana Kennedy | | It is time for Self Care Saturday and that is just what I am doing.
As the host for Self Care Saturday it wouldn't be fitting if I weren't caring for myself would it?
So, I let my self sleep in, and I had a pancake and a broccoli omelet for breakfast, right at 11am! How nice...
Taking some time out for us helps us have more creativity for the rest of the world, the rest of the week!
I also like to take a playful approach and I encourage you to do the same...
I learned years ago that when I keep it light, I have a lot more fun and it is easier (and more graceful) to attract my heart's desires...
I have since then learned even more ways to lower my resistance which is the only thing keeping our good from flowing in. Now, I use many techniques and games to lighten up, to open up, and to let in the good.
Now, I share these ideas in my Divine Life Coaching, in my ezine Dynamic Living with Diana Kennedy, and in my teleclasses and playshops...
If you would like to feel more joyful and more expansive, then take a playful approach to your goals (make them fun). Take a playful approach to cleaning house, to marketing your business, to interacting with your loved ones...
