Minerva Paniagua | | So I was writing in my journal, listing all the unexpected opportunities, income, etc. I looked at my list and thought WOW! All this within such a small timeframe!! Last week I ws getting ready to leave for a highly anticipated training in Arizona.
Remember, I am a Realtor...
Before I left I got an offer accepted for one of my clients, I have only taken out twice!
I received a counter offer for another clients offer.
I funded on my cash clients transaction, which means it will close within days.
I found out all was well with inspections for the transaction that will bring in the $2,500.000 bonus!
I got a referral from the clients who are buying the house that will bring the bonus!
I got 3 new BPO (Broker Price Opinion) orders in one day!! They each net $70.00. I usually get 1-2 orders a week.
I got a phone call from a referral from a past client.
I met with another referral from another client, and have a positive scenario.
I finally met a lead I had been emailing back and forth with, and encouraged her to get approved.
I got an email from an agent I had referred a client to about 6 months ago! They bought a house, it closed, and my referral check is on the way!
I went shopping for clothes! I hadent in a long time!
Ok, that was right before I left!
When I came back after only being gone for 4 days I had...
another clients offer accepted, 2 PreApproved buyers ready to begin their search, 1 successful close, 1 ready to close, total of 2 new escrows, a referral check, and a deposit in my account for one of the BPO's. All these great things awaiting me, aside from the fact that the training was absolutely wonderful, and I KNOW it will bring about the breakthrough I need to begin listing the banks foreclosure properties, which is a very lucrative niche.
Plus I am going to my friends babyshower today, I havent seen my friends in months! One of them is coming rom Arizona, havent seen her in over a year!
So much to be grateful for it makes my heart sing! Oh, and I am shopping for a home to purchase for myself!!!!! I have dreamed of this moment! I am so happy, peaceful, grateful, and excited!

Another student, Lawrence, posted his results in increments like you are doing and guess what? The last time he posted on the network, he stated he had officially become a millionaire! Perhaps you will follow in his footsteps?

Minerva Paniagua | | First of all Marilyn, you are more than welcome to use any of my posts! They come from the happiest place in my heart, and it's all because of your teachings!
I have been quiet on here for the last month or so, but much prosperity has surrounded me, as well as this incredible faith that I will have continuous income in my real estate business.
I have three properties in escrow, 2 of them referrals that came out of the blue, and took only a couple showings to find them a house. They are great clients, and very enjoyable to work with!
These transactions will gross me over 8k next month! That gets me closer to purchasing my home, and saving up for my home interior shopping spree I am sooo looking forward to!
Aside from all this great action, two past leads contacted me, and they are ready to purchase. Two new clients were referred to me by awesome past clients. Not only is that an incredible compliment to me, but the easiest way to get a great client!
Amongst my successful business, I have taken my son for a jog to the park 3-4 times a week, we have had a family day once a week for the past couple weeks, and I have been there to witness his vocabulary grow, and just absorb the beauty of his spirit! He is 2 yrs old.....all who have had a two year old know this is an amazing stage where you don't wanna miss a thing! I love him so much!
So happy, and thrilled to be on my way to living my dream! Wait a minute...I think I already am! I don't wish for much, just the opportunity to comfortably experience the beauty and wonders of life!

Minerva Paniagua | | OMG! I have just experienced another miracle, and I give the credit to Marilyns month two lesson 3!
We submitted a request for several items to be repaired on a home I am selling. Some items were a requirement for our loan, so we were at the edge of our seat waiting for a reponse. I then began doing my prosperity work to get a positive response.
Well, their time was up, so I requested an extension until today. By yesterday, I was remaining positive, but had to present my client with a plan b, which would be me covering expense of the required items, which of course is no fun, since it makes my check smaller. Today was the last day, and I just got confirmation that the bank accepted he repairs! WooHOOOOOO!!!!
My client is getting $1,200.00 worth of roof work done, and I saved over $800.00 bucks on the other required repairs!
The Universe is always on time ;)

By the way Marilyn, My manager complimented my First Quarter numbers, I said my beautiful balanced life is thanks to you and your prosperity teachings. She brushed it off...little does she know her peace, sanity and success is at her reach. But what I thought was funny is that she told me I better not get pregnant now! Hahah, I told her we were planning to get pregnant later this year :) It's funny how she doesnt understand that my income will increase whether I am pregnant or not!
