We make various new years resolutions to work out, reduce weight etc, and often what seemed like a great idea initially soon gives way to old habits.We finally act and join a fitness club close by. Months of consuming far too much food without the commitment of proper exercise is something to to worry about as it really does pile on the extra pounds.
Our why of joining a forum like this is to interact and exchange ideas with like minded people. Exercising alone is no fun and even if you are not with an exercise buddy, and these forums are enough to energize you into ‘getting back on track’ with your fitness goals.
