Need help in finding an Artist who can do potraits, sketches based on character definitions and a bit of water colors. Freshers or artists with experience of less than year is preferred.
the only qualification we are looking for is pure talent. not even PC skills.
Anyone reading this post who knows of a good art school or any other online community where I can post my requirement, please feel free to suggest.
