Anand K. R | | Part of a chain across Chennai, Pune, Kolkatta. Chennai was their first one.
They are known for their cocktails and Sangiras. Have some really good range and more importantly can customize the cocktails outside the menu according to the taste, flavour that you would like.
They have a range of short eats. They call them Spanish Tapas... not sure how authentic are they... but they are good. Priced between 135 to 160 bucks and some of them are a meal by themselves. Their main course if very limited and is strictly alright.
They have some good range of liquor coffees and fairly decent desserts.
Me and wife went to their Bangalore unit that opened sometime back at Sivanchetti Gardens at Ulsoor. The prices are definitely lower compared to their Chennai units and they do not have the stupid "admission with shoes only policy" that they have in Chennai.
We had 3 cocktails, 2 starters, 2 main course, 2 desserts. All the above costed us about 1800bucks.
Service was good and the manager was a little over enthusiastic and verbose.
Go there if you are a cocktail person and want to taste some really fantastic ones.

the bartender in the chennai joint looks cute....dont know about his mixology skills though.

Arundhati Raghavan | | I last visited Zara's in Chennai some 5 years ago. The food used to be great as were the drinks and the ambience.
