Just wanted to share my recent hurdles and manifestations. Our Real Esate market can't make up it's mind, and keeps changing interest rates, prices, trends etc.
I was beginning to get discouraged as my offers were getting rejected. I put my foot down and began a new affirmation. I was litening to Manifester month 2 lesson 4, where Marilyn has us feel the feelings of our answered prayer. Literally as I was in character, I got a phone call, a past client referral purchasing at 250k, believe it or not that is my highest price range for now!
I then caught my mind worrying about how difficult it could be to get his offer accepted. I then realized I affirmed I would not only attract them effortlessly, but get them in escrow effortlessly! Why worry? The Universe handed me this buyer, and the Universe will hand us a house with an acceptance!
Ok...one more awesome story! I checked my bank account, wasn't too happy, had a couple unexpected expenses...etc. I didn't like the feelings that were beginning to flow in my mind. I caught it, immediately changed it. I did Marilyns Moolah Magnet affirmation. I just felt that money, and that opportunistic energy flowing so effortlessly into my life....Got an email 10 minutes later...$130.00 had just been wired into my account, for an analysis I had turned in a couple weeks ago. Amazing! Never doubt the power and love of the Universe!
Next goal, is to bring about 2 cash buyers! I love that kind of buying power!
