Mirdza Hayden | | "To achieve optimal health, everyone needs to practice routine dental care," says Faye Durham "Good preventative measures include choosing proven products, including an effective toothpaste, mouthwash, and dental floss."
She also states this truth: "Although this sounds simple, it takes a considerable amount of research and scientific sources to get the optimal care for your overall health."
I invite you to read her informative article on Squidoo called "The #1 way to healthy teeth" In it you will find some great tips and find out what brand of dental care products (toothpaste, mouthwash and dental floss) she recommends above all others, and why she does it: http://www.squidoo.com/dentarome

Amita Shanbag | | The best route to cavity free life is having a dental check up every six months. With bacteria in the mouth, one runs the risk of heart attacks, and prevention is always better than cure. Where there are gaps in the teeth, floss it, and change the toothbrush regularly. Private Reply to Amita Shanbag |

Mirdza Hayden | | That is another good thing to do. Having a cleaning done every 6 months is an excellent habit to get into.

Mirdza Hayden | | Brushing our teeth after every meal is not always possible, but if we have some water with a drop of therapeutic-grade peppermint in it, it will help us prevent cavities by protecting our teeth and gums. Peppermint has been shown to be very effective, as long as it is therapeutic-grade of course, not the low-quality stuff you get in most places.

Mirdza Hayden | | In addition to good dental care products, to have a cavity-free mouth it's important that we provide our bodies the nutrients it needs, and do our best to keep the toxins out. Cavities most of the time mean we are lacking in nutrients and/or are very toxic from the products we choose to use on ourselves, the water we drink or the air we breathe.
