It's not just abt following any diet; but u have 2 combine it with some walks, excercise, diet, etc.
So the best is to be under the supervision of a dietician. Then only it shows results. As one particular diet may work for someone, but may not work for you.
I am telling this from my experience. As just trying to follow something doesnt show any results......

Thanks Suman for your suggestion
But i go on a morning walk and walk again after my dinner with a typical south indian diet but still i dont find any difference
So wanted to take some suggestions like trying out different kind of diet
And how better i can reduce my diet

Avinash Gowardhan | | For Brisk walk,you must achieve a Target Heart or pulse rate depending on your age.Maximum Heart Rate=220-Age.Target Heart Rate is 75% of the M.H.R.and this has to achived while Brisk walking.
Try to measure the pulse at home in the morning. While Brisk Walking, just pause and measure the pulse only for 6 seconds.This number multiplied by 10 gives the pulse rate while walking.
Normaly 120 steps per minute is taken as Brisk Walk but depends on your age and pulse rate.
