Can anyone help me with good diet chart for loose weight

It's not just abt following any diet; but u have 2 combine it with some walks, excercise, diet, etc.
So the best is to be under the supervision of a dietician. Then only it shows results. As one particular diet may work for someone, but may not work for you.
I am telling this from my experience. As just trying to follow something doesnt show any results......

But i go on a morning walk and walk again after my dinner with a typical south indian diet but still i dont find any difference So wanted to take some suggestions like trying out different kind of diet
And how better i can reduce my diet
