Notice that I didn't use the words "health care". Health care is what your do for yourself, eating well, exercise, having an active social life, working less than 60 hours a week. Not indulging in the excessive use of alcohol or other social drugs, or smoking, or gambling. Health Care starts at home.
There is a public face to health care. Where public health officials and the law of the land support doing the things in the previous paragraph.
However people also need medical care. Sometimes hospital care. When they need that care they need it NOW, and they don't want to be held to ransom because they have an urgent need.
Here is Michael Moore. It's slow to start, but he warms up and towards the end, it's well worth listening to.
