Clever how you have gotten your contact information out there right at the top! Although a website might be better than an e-mail that may get flooded with responses (and possible spam).

The details are there, but how about a color photo? Depending on your membership, you could add more than one. This will also add a bit of color to the page, not that it is lacking but some color gives it more punch and may make someone linger on your profile long enough to get your message out for more connections.

My thanks to both Marielena and Richard for your valuable feedback on my profile.

I had put a B/W photo just for the sake of being different from others, but I missed your points then. Yes, you are right - it could have been better with a color photograph.

I will definitely put one.

And Richard, I would shortly be adding my bio too.

Regards

C. S. Chandrasekkar, It is easy to see your work experience history. Yes you may get more spam having your email listed by name, but I do know gmail has a great spam filter too. Personal choice, lets me know email is probably the best way to get in touch.

You include a link to your company's website, which answers many questions about what type of work your company does. Still for many people who aren't familiar with your industry it won't be clear exactly what type of people to refer to you. Concrete examples of solutions which your service solves.

If you were to give an example of a problem you solve for a specific industry, something that would stick in my mind, it would make you more memorable, easier to send referrals your way. Examples of clients you've helped, problems solved, or a visual of your ideal client, a problem they may be facing and how you can help.

Good to meet you, enjoy Ryze and the connections you make.

Thanks Heidi,

I will include more details about my profession. Thanks for the advice, it sounds quite reasonable.

Wish you and your family a Happy New Year 2010!

Great idea to build others up with compliments, so many out there just self awarding themselve only not paying attension to others around them... I learn alot from NLP about this trait, and how good it feels to help others more than yourself...

Greeting Happy New Year and the best to all of you out here on virtual handshake. I am proud of all of you for taking a giant step to get aquainted on RYZE here...

Steve
