Lamar Morgan 954-603-7901 | | Has anyone been on a Ryze network and made a posting only to discover you are on a different network? That is to say, you went to post to one network, you click "Preview" and suddenly you are looking at a post on a different network where you already posted.
I have to wonder if this is a problem with Ryze or my ISP. My ISP, Mediacom, has been having serious problems. Right now, I cannot send out email. Believe or not, my ISP decided to move their servers off AT&T. This was a financial decision. Rather than pay AT&T to manage the server data, Mediacom would do it in-house. Well, Mediacom started this transfer of data over to new servers on December 9th. Supposedly, the transfer of data is all complete by now. But, there are massive problems. People like myself cannot send email. I get bounced-back email messages from folks I never sent email. I get bounced-back messages which should have gone to people I know. It's an incredible nightmare.
Mediacom is a cable ISP. It provides high-speed Internet access, VOIP phone service and TV services. Every time you call up tech support you have to wade through announcements of temporary contract settlements regarding the televising of college football games. It seems like the world of telecommunications is falling apart as it tries to grow stronger online.

Lamar Morgan 954-603-7901 | | Scott,
So, the problem resides with Ryze - not the computer accessing the network. I do not understand the genesis of the problem. Ryze has not done anything new for a long time. Why would we suddenly start having this problem? Is there some kind of virus on the network? Can you talk about the problem without giving away the solution - since you seem to know what it is and would prefer to have Ryze contact you to fix it?
