A Ryze Profile looks appealing when it is personal - with information about you, including but not just limiting to your professional side.
A photograph too is preferred, to make people get closer to you.
I have learnt this after long time and once I did this change in my profile, I got quite some good friends on Ryze.
Business, of course, I do get that too.
